why I love wimbledon

Why I love Wimbledon…

Home to the famous Tennis Championships, Wimbledon is a leafy suburb in the London Borough of Merton. Split between Wimbledon Village, which has a unique village feel despite being in London and the Town, which boasts Centre Court Shopping Centre, Elys department store, the New Wimbledon Theatre and the Polka Theatre, there is something for everyone! And with Wimbledon Common, one of the largest areas of park land in London right on its doorstep, it really is an exquisite combination of city meets country and the perfect place to raise a family. It’s why I love Wimbledon so much!
Wimbledon has been my home for many years and I’d love to share my experiences of the area with you!
